• You tell us which page and which comment, and why you believe it should not be there.
• We confirm we received it within 48 hours, by email.
• A moderator checks the comment against our rules: was the reviewer really there, is it about the work, does it identify a person, is it stated as fact or as experience.
• While we check, we may hide the comment. When we decide, we tell you what we did and why. Scores stay, because numbers cannot defame anyone.
• If you disagree with the decision, reply to our email and a second moderator looks at it.
